Mobile phones and cancer – think again.

April 1, 2006

An [article on Wired News](http://www.wired.com/news/technology/0,70555-0.html) reports that:

> The use of mobile phones over a long period of time can raise the risk of brain tumors, according to a Swedish study released on Friday, contradicting the conclusions of other researchers.

Apparently, the way to reduce risk is by using handsfree.

So, by moving the giant magnet away from the side of your head, you can help avoid tumors that may be caused by frequent use. Who’d have thunk?

It’s worth reading the story, it’s only one page.
